Jeremy Keller

I am very much in favour of lunar mountaineering and believe that mountaineering on the Moon would be easier than mountaineering on Earth, simply because the Moon has less gravity.

I am also in favour of seeing the Earth in the lunar night. Having seen the Moon in the earhly night, I would now like to look the other way by seeing the Earth in the lunar night.

Of course this is not to mention seeing the wreck of Luna 2. I believe Luna 2 was the first man-made object to reach the lunar surface. How would the site of Luna 2 appear after all those years? Furthermore, I believe the wreck of the Titanic was eventually located and photographed.

Please visit and check, for example, my BBC link pertaining to the largest known mountain.
